Who are our customers?

We primarily serve organizations engaged in environmental protection, mass transit, health care, higher education, and museums and the arts, and we have an active customer satisfaction practice.  Our commitment is to bring advanced survey research to organizations no matter their size – to help them build their capacity, raise the visibility of their issues, and improve their relationships with their constituents.

This is who we serve:
  • Not-for-profit organizations that need to broaden their funding base. We measure organizational effectiveness in the eyes of donors, constituents, and board, and explore motivations for increased involvement and giving.

  • Organizations that are pursuing action on a public issue. We survey active voters to test attitudes on pivotal issues, and pinpoint areas where voters want to change public policy. Our high-level interviews with business and opinion leaders shape an outreach strategy. Through voter focus groups we help advocates hone their messaging to reach a larger share of the public.

  • Government agencies that want to improve the effectiveness of their programs. At a time of scarcity of government resources, we can identify the elements of public programs that are most impactful, and help agencies target their budgets most effectively. We specialize in areas such as transit, recycling, and economic development.

  • Corporations that want to improve their bottom line. We test new market concepts to identify targeted marketing opportunities. Our thorough exploration of customer satisfaction points up low-cost, high-impact changes that will immediately improve the customer relationship. Our employee satisfaction studies find the ways to make everyone feel a productive part of the team.

“The survey that you did was outstanding. … In fact, based on the survey results and some additional feedback since then, I’ve just finished drafting a major report to the board that outlines what the next three to four years would look like.”

American Society of Interior Designers
