Telephone Surveys

Focus Groups

OpinionWorks offers a seasoned focus group moderator and relationships with professional focus group facilities coast-to-coast. In more rural areas, we host groups in hotel meeting rooms, restaurants, or conference rooms. Our moderator conducts over 200 groups per year on a wide range of subjects.

Web Surveys

Our programmers set up your survey questionnaire, and we host it for you on our secure server. The survey can be branded with your own identity mark and linked directly to your site. And we can blast an emailed invitation to your list, with an embedded link to the survey. With our web-based technology, you will receive instant data collection, and respondents can react to visual images or audio clips.

Printed Questionnaires

OpinionWorks provides complete services for printed surveys, from writing the questions to laying out and printing the questionnaire, mailing the survey package, and collecting and tabulating the results.

IVR Response

On-line reporting

OpinionWorks’ new on-line reporting tool solves the age-old problem of waiting for results.

Now your team can have password-protected access to research findings as soon as the survey is complete, or even while it is still in the field. Our on-line tool produces friendly charts and graphs instantly. You can even download the raw data file and perform your own calculations.

Our custom reporting tool integrates seamlessly with the Microsoft Office suite, so you can copy our charts into Word, PowerPoint, or Excel and use them for your own internal presentations.

This tool is perfect for mailed or Web-based surveys that have long data collection periods, allowing you to look at partial results at any point in the process. The on-line report is also ideal for recurring studies. As results for the current month or quarter are added to the database, the tool produces line graphs illustrating long-term trends.

The on-line report links to traditional telephone survey data just as effectively, and it can be used for IVR studies, as well.
